What We Do

Junk removal services across the Verde Valley

One item or a whole property. Residential, commercial, construction and everything in between — 17 services in all.

Couches, sectionals, recliners, dressers, tables and patio sets carried out and hauled off – stairs and narrow hallways included.

Fridges, washers, dryers, ranges and water heaters disconnected, carried out and routed to metal recycling.

Boxes, tools, holiday decor and decades of “might need it someday” cleared out so you can park in there again.

Every room, closet, garage and shed emptied and swept – for moves, downsizing and renovations.

Respectful, unhurried full-home cleanouts with donation coordination, careful sorting and photo documentation.

Drywall, lumber, tile, cabinets and remodel debris hauled out so the job site stays workable.

Branches, brush, clippings and full property cleanups – including defensible space clearing.

Mattresses, box springs and bed frames hauled off and recycled where a recycler will take them.

Office furniture, cubicles, retail fixtures and warehouse junk cleared around your business hours.

Why Camp Green

You point. We load. That’s it.

Full-service means exactly what it sounds like. Here is what you are actually paying for.

You point, we load

You do not lift anything, move anything to the curb, or take anything apart. We come in, carry it out from wherever it sits, and load it ourselves. That is the whole service.

Upfront pricing, no surprises

You get a firm price before we touch a thing, and it includes labor, hauling and disposal. No dump fee tacked on at the end, no revised number once the trailer is full.

On time, or we tell you

We give you a window and we keep it. If something runs long on the job before yours, you get a call — not silence and a shrug.

Swept up before we leave

Every job finishes broom-clean. Once the couch moves you find out what was living behind it, and we are not going to leave that for you.

How It Works

From first call to swept floor

Four steps. No surprises in any of them.

1

Get Your Estimate

Call or text (928) 642-0296 with a few photos and we will give you a ballpark price fast. Prefer it in writing? Send the estimate form and we will come back to you with a range.

2

Pick Your Time

We will lock in a window that works for you — often the same day or the next. We confirm the final price at your property before we pick up a single thing.

3

We Do the Loading

Point at what goes. Our crew carries it out of the house, garage, yard or shed, loads the trailer, and sweeps up behind us.

4

Donated, Recycled, Then Dumped

Anything still usable goes to a local charity. Metal, appliances, electronics, cardboard and green waste go to recyclers. The landfill is the last stop, not the first.

Real Work

A side yard in Cottonwood, same afternoon

A washer, a dryer, a range, a microwave, a bike and a pile of scrap metal. Loaded, hauled and the metal routed to a recycler — then swept.

Pricing

Priced by volume, not by guesswork

You pay for the space your stuff takes up in the trailer. Every price includes labor, hauling and disposal fees — there is no dump fee added at the end.

Single Item

1 item

One couch, one mattress, one fridge. Minimum charge applies.

1/8 Trailer

About 1 pickup bed

A small pile from the garage or a couple of pieces of furniture.

1/4 Trailer

About 2 pickup beds

A bedroom set, a small shed clear-out, or a modest garage corner.

1/2 Trailer

About 4 pickup beds

A full garage, a storage unit, or a small apartment cleanout.

3/4 Trailer

About 6 pickup beds

A large garage plus yard debris, or most of a two-bedroom home.

Full Trailer

Loaded to the rails

A whole-home cleanout, a big remodel, or a full property clear.

We quote every job before we load it. Find the tier that looks closest to your pile, then call or text a photo and we will give you a real number for your job rather than a range you have to guess inside. Heavy materials — concrete, dirt, tile, stone countertops and roofing — carry a surcharge, because disposal for those is charged by weight rather than volume.

What We Take

If two people can carry it, we can haul it

Furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, office furniture and the general accumulation of an ordinary life. The list is long and the exceptions are short.

What we can’t take: liquid chemicals and hazardous waste — paint, solvents, fuel, motor oil, pool chemicals, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste and propane tanks. See the full list.

Donate & Recycle

Donate first. Recycle second. Landfill last.

That order matters, and it is not just a slogan — it changes how we run a job. Sorting a load costs us time and an extra stop or two on the way back, and we do it anyway, because most of what people call junk is not actually finished.

Usable furniture, kitchenware, clothing, tools and working electronics get set aside for local charities. Appliances, scrap metal, e-waste, cardboard and green waste go to recyclers. What is genuinely done goes to disposal, and that is the last stop rather than the first.

We opened in 2025, so we are not going to claim a roster of official partnerships we have not built yet. What we will say is this: we always try to donate, recycle and re-home as much as we can, and we do that first — before anything still usable ends up at the landfill. Ask us where your items went and you will get a straight answer.

Turnovers, evictions, foreclosures and REO. Photo documentation and itemized invoices as standard.

Contractors & remodelers

Debris hauled between phases so the site stays workable and the next trade can get in.

Families & estates

Downsizing, estate clears and hoarding situations, handled at a pace that works for the people involved.

Local businesses

Offices, retail, restaurants and warehouses. Scheduled around your hours, not ours.

Camp Green Junk Removal covers the whole Verde Valley. Pick your town to see local details, or just call — if you are nearby and not on this list, ask us anyway.

About Us

Local, family-owned, and from right here

Camp Green Junk Removal is owned and run by Colin, who grew up in the Verde Valley and has spent his working life in family-run businesses here. He has four years in the junk removal industry and started this one in 2025 to do it his own way, in his own community.

That is the whole pitch, and it is not a small one. When you call, you are talking to the person who will be at your house — not a call center in another state routing your job to whichever crew is available. We live here, our kids grow up here, and our name is on the truck.

Keeping the Verde Valley Clean.
Questions

Junk removal questions, answered

We price by volume — how much space your items take up in the trailer — and that price includes labor, hauling and disposal fees. A single item falls at our minimum charge; a full garage typically runs a quarter to a full trailer. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, tile and roofing carry a surcharge because disposal for those is charged by weight. See the pricing page for load sizes, or text a photo to (928) 642-0296 for a fast ballpark.

No. We are a full-service hauler, which means we come and get it wherever it sits — upstairs bedroom, garage, backyard, shed, attic, side yard. You point at what goes and we do the carrying. Curbside pickups are fine too if that is easier for you, and they are usually a bit cheaper since the labor is lower.

Often, yes — especially in Cottonwood, Verde Village and Clarkdale, which are closest to our base. Call or text early in the day and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit you in. We would rather say no than book you and not show.

We cannot accept liquid chemicals or hazardous waste. That means paint (unless fully dried and empty), solvents, fuel, motor oil, pool chemicals, asbestos, medical and biohazard waste, and propane tanks. Almost everything else is fair game. The what we take page has the full list on both sides.

Not necessarily. Plenty of customers meet us at the start, show us what goes, and leave. For storage units, rentals and out-of-state owners we regularly work from a gate code or lockbox with nobody on site. We send photos when we are done so you can see exactly what was cleared.

Donate first, recycle second, landfill last — and we mean it in that order. Usable furniture and household goods go to local charities. Appliances, scrap metal, electronics, cardboard and green waste go to recyclers. What is genuinely finished goes to disposal. We are a young company still building our formal partner list, and we will tell you honestly where your items went.

Two ways. The fast one: text a few photos to (928) 642-0296 and we will give you a price range, usually within the hour. The exact one: we come out, look at the job, and give you a firm price in person before any work starts. Both are free and neither obligates you to anything.

The whole Verde Valley — Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Rimrock, Clarkdale, Cornville, Sedona and Verde Village, plus the surrounding county areas. If you are nearby but not on that list, call and ask. We will give you a straight answer rather than a runaround.
